  1. Log in to your Client Area.

  2. Click on "Open Ticket" in the menu bar (usually under "Support").

  3. Choose a Department:

    • Technical Support: For errors, website issues, or email problems.

    • Billing: For questions about invoices or payments.

    • Sales: If you want to upgrade or buy a new service.

  4. Tell us what's wrong:

    • Subject: Give a short summary (e.g., "My website is showing an error").

    • Message: Explain the issue clearly. If you see an error message, copy and paste it here.

  5. Attachments: If you have a screenshot of the problem, you can upload it at the bottom.

  6. Click Submit.
