Open Outlook:
- Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Add Account:
- Go to File > Info and click on Add Account.

Enter Email Address:
- Enter your full email address (e.g., yourname@example.com).
- If prompted, select “Let me set up my account manually.”

Incoming Mail Settings (IMAP):
- Choose IMAP (POP is not supported as of writing this article).
- Configure the following settings:
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- Server: mail.domain.tld (replace domain.tld with your domain)
- Port: 993
- Security Type: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Normal Password

Outgoing Mail Settings:
- Configure the following settings:
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- Server: mail.domain.tld (replace domain.tld with your domain)
- Port: 465 or 587
- Security Type: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Set to Password
- Configure the following settings:

Click Add Account.
