Simplified Guide: Setting Up cPanel Email in Outlook Print

  1. Open Outlook:

    • Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
  2. Add Account:

    • Go to File > Info and click on Add Account.
  3. Enter Email Address:

    • Enter your full email address (e.g., yourname@example.com).
    • If prompted, select “Let me set up my account manually.”
  4. Incoming Mail Settings (IMAP):

    • Choose IMAP (POP is not supported as of writing this article).
    • Configure the following settings:
      • Username: Your full email address
      • Password: Your email account password
      • Server: mail.domain.tld (replace domain.tld with your domain)
      • Port: 993
      • Security Type: SSL/TLS
      • Authentication: Normal Password
  5. Outgoing Mail Settings:

    • Configure the following settings:
      • Username: Your full email address
      • Password: Your email account password
      • Server: mail.domain.tld (replace domain.tld with your domain)
      • Port: 465 or 587
      • Security Type: SSL/TLS
      • Authentication: Set to Password
  6. Click Add Account.
