  1. Log in to cPanel: Access your cPanel account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Forwarders: Look for the “Forwarders” option within the Email section.
  3. Add a New Forwarder:
    • Click on “Add Forwarder.”
    • Choose the domain you want to set up the forwarding rule for.
    • Enter the email address you want to forward from (e.g., info@example.com).
    • Specify the destination email address where you want to receive forwarded emails (e.g., admin@gmail.com).
    • Click “Add Forwarder.”

That’s it! Now any emails sent to info@example.com will be automatically forwarded to admin@gmail.com. Remember that forwarders do not store emails on the server; they simply redirect them. If you need to retain a copy of inbound emails, consider creating an email account and setting up a filter to achieve that.
